Regional People Manager Senior-Level

We seek a Regional People Manager Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, People management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge across the full spectrum of HR areas (onboarding, development, compensation, employee relations, organizational culture).
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align People strategies with business goals.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational needs.
- Strong conflict management and resolution skills.
- Experience managing organizational change, including restructures, scaling, and leadership transitions.
Experience as an HR advisor, partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development, engagement, and performance management.
Proven ability to identify organizational needs and implement HR initiatives that drive retention, development, and culture.
Skilled in conflict resolution, employee relations, and day-to-day HR decision-making.
Experience leading teams and managing budgets to meet strategic objectives.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting global HR programs to local contexts.
