We seek a Data Scientist, Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Model Development & Optimization:
○ Design and implement machine learning models with a focus on performance, scalability, and adaptability to address real-world challenges.
○ Monitor and mitigate model drift to maintain the accuracy and relevance of deployed solutions.

2. Cloud-Based Generative AI Solutions:
○ Develop and deploy AI/ML applications using services like SageMaker, Bedrock, Code Whisperer, and Azure ARM.
○ Optimize workflows for generative AI use cases on cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

3. Programming and Scripting:
○ Write efficient code using Python, SQL, and Bash scripting for data analysis, model training, and deployment.
○ Automate repetitive processes to improve operational efficiency.
4. Infrastructure & CI/CD:
○ Build and manage robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate cloud resource provisioning.
○ Integrate and utilize CI/CD tools to streamline code delivery and deployment pipelines.
5. Testing and Monitoring:
○ Implement automated testing frameworks such as Selenium and pytest for quality assurance.
○ Develop systems for continuous monitoring of APIs, data pipelines, and models in production.

6. Data Management & APIs:
○ Design and optimize databases, including NoSQL systems, for efficient data storage and retrieval.
○ Build, maintain, and enhance RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration with external applications.
7. Collaboration and Documentation:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
○ Document workflows, architectures, and model outputs to ensure clarity and maintainability.

What will hep you succeed:

• 6+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with a strong track record of implementing advanced AI/ML solutions across both cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for advanced AI/ML solution implementation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Bash scripting for automating tasks and data analysis.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or similar platforms to implement machine learning models effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for automating cloud infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI to streamline development workflows and ensure continuous delivery.
• Strong knowledge of databases, including experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Cassandra, which is essential for managing complex data systems.
• Expertise in automated testing frameworks like Selenium and Pytest, ensuring quality and consistency in model testing.
• Experience in model drift monitoring to track and maintain consistent performance of deployed AI models over time.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges and find optimal solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially for working across diverse teams and ensuring alignment on technical and strategic goals.
• A strong understanding of modern DevOps techniques and automation practices, contributing to smoother workflows and more reliable deployments.

Nice-to-have:

● Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Experience deploying large-scale generative AI models.
● Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
