CRM Data Analyst - Spain

We seek a Data Analyst who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

 

What will help you succeed:

  • Dashboard development: Design and build interactive dashboards that enable clear visualization of KPIs and informed decision making.
  • Data analysis: Extract, transform, and analyze data from different sources to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Business Case Generation: Develop data models and business cases that support customer and stakeholder decision making.
  • Visual Representations: Create effective visualizations that communicate data analysis findings in an impactful way.
  • Optimization of digital marketing strategies: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and investment efficiency.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Martech, Adtech, Product and Development teams to align strategies and business objectives.
  • Data quality control: Oversee the quality of data used in analytics, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

 

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, especially in digital marketing environments.
  • Analytical tools: Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Previous experience in CRM data analysis.
  • Business Intelligence Skills: Experience in extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data for representation in dashboards.
  • Analytics Methodologies: Familiarity with predictive modeling techniques, audience segmentation and marketing attribution.
  • Digital marketing skills: Understanding of SEO/SEM, programmatic, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • English: Intermediate-advanced level, able to work and present in international environments.
  • Desirable: Experience with CDP and DMP platforms, as well as certifications in data visualization tools or agile methodologies.
