WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

If you are accountable for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion. Manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the GCT Digital engineering organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered. Contribute to the technical strategy, design choices, and decisions for a product or service operating between teams and architectures overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery, we want to meet you!

YOU’LL GET THE CHANCE TO:

• Project Planning: Organizing for delivery, execution plan, drive architecture and project plan
• Sprint planning, removing blockers, status reporting, dependency identification
• Lead and direct delivery including Shipping code, coordinating launches, performance monitoring
• Setting up sprint planning and review sessions; conduct daily standup calls; manage burn-down charts, product backlogs
• Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedure
• Possesses familiarity with Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall Project Methodologies

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

• BS in engineering or computer science
• 5+ years relevant work experience, including program management experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented
• Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
• Skilled at working with third party suppliers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with seamlessly with remote teams
• Experience delivering with an agile methodology
• Experience in the overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large project
