We seek a Tech Project Manager who shares our passion for cloud innovation, technical governance, and delivery excellence. This role is key to ensuring the successful execution of multi-project technology initiatives, translating complex client goals into actionable delivery plans while maintaining strict governance over timelines, scope, and technical dependencies.
What will help you succeed:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end IT projects and multi-project streams, combining traditional governance with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Solid understanding and foundational knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP); possessing Google Cloud Digital Leader or Google Cloud Generative AI Leader certifications is a strong plus.
- Direct hands-on experience managing and collaborating with specialized technical teams, including Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and DevOps specialists.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture dependencies, and cloud migration or modernization initiatives.
- Strong track record in executive stakeholder management, acting as a strategic focal point for status reporting, risk mitigation (RAID logs), and clear communication of project progress and bottlenecks.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (mandatory) for daily communication with local and global LATAM / international stakeholders.
- Experience in IT consulting environments, managing client-facing engagements and project governance.
