WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Globant is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support one of our clients by designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that enable business-critical operations and enterprise integrations. This role requires deep hands-on engineering experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, and asynchronous processing, along with strong ownership of solution design and technical delivery. The ideal candidate is a senior technical contributor who can independently drive design discussions, identify architectural risks early, and deliver resilient, scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments. This position is best suited for someone who brings strong platform fundamentals, excellent debugging skills, and a disciplined engineering mindset.

YOU’LL GET THE CHANCE TO: 

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and related platform capabilities.
• Build and support scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop solutions that align with Salesforce governor limits, transaction management, security, sharing, and performance best practices.
• Translate business and functional requirements into sound technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support ongoing platform stability.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate requirements, identify design gaps, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Maintain engineering standards through strong code review practices, documentation, and technical rigor.
• Support data handling, performance optimization, and platform modernization efforts.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall engineering quality across the team.
• Participate in delivery ceremonies and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, and asynchronous processing.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals, including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support experience.
• Ability to independently evaluate tradeoffs between declarative and custom engineering solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix five days per week.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or CRM Analytics.
• Experience supporting unified customer profiles, identity resolution, and AI-ready data models.
• Exposure to event-driven and near real-time architectures.
• Familiarity with Hyperforce and enterprise platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience in regulated or highly complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Location: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite 5 days per week
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $90,000–$115,000
