Manager Sr, ServiceNow Solutions Sales Specialist

The Solution Sales Specialist for ServiceNow is responsible for driving the sales of ServiceNow solutions within the assigned territory or industry vertical. This role involves identifying potential clients (existing clients as well as potential clients mapped in the market), understanding their business needs, and proposing ServiceNow solutions that provide significant business value.
Key Responsibilities:
❖ Lead the business process with clients, through the account team.
❖ Define the commercial strategy that will be used giving visibility to the different stakeholders within Globant, coordinating the Solution Architect teams and the management with the manufacturer ServiceNow
❖ Develop maintenance and growth strategies in the accounts where there are assigned studio teams.
❖ Develop entry strategies to Globant accounts, where there is no presence of the practice for which it is responsible.
❖ Responsible for defining the assigned sales budget
❖ Manage the relationship with the technological references within ServiceNow for the articulation and
generation of offers to clients.
❖ Efficiently manage the relationship with the
manufacturer.
❖ Identify and qualify opportunities for Staff Augmentation and autonomously negotiate profiles and rates with the client.
❖ Provide a value offer to the customer, combining the manufacturers' sales strategy.
Main KPIs:
❖ Revenue Target: Achieve or exceed the revenue target through business expansion with clients in our base, as well as through the development of new business opportunities (cross and up-sell), and through the renewal of previously sold contracts, consistently striving to strengthen our partnership and the added value we generate for our clients' businesses.
❖ Average Contract Value (ACV) + Customer Retention Rate: Increase the average value of closed contracts while maintaining a high customer retention rate to ensure business continuity.
❖ Net Promoter Score (NPS): Ensure the likelihood of project/client success.
❖ Market Share: Increase Globant's market share in the sale and implementation of ServiceNow solutions by working on client engagement, business partner collaboration, and internal synergy.

Background / Knowledge:
❖ Mastery of the consultative sales process in ServiceNow.
❖ Mastery of technology project implementation methodologies.
❖ Relationship with high-level Stakeholders (VPs, Partners, Directors, C-Level).
❖ Knowledge of the ServiceNow solution and its application to specific problems of the client and / or their industry.
❖ Advanced level of English
❖ Ability to understand customer problems in the framework of digital transformation in their industry.
❖ Good Storytelling.
