What will help you succeed:
Assure proper organization of projects on the Jira Cloud platform
● Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language), a must.
● Manage Service Management ticketing system.
● Creating and organizing new projects on the JIRA platform.
● Manage Development Environment
● Develop Jira extracts and reports as needed by management.
● Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in Jira, a must.
● Develop and support process for users requesting new work (projects, workflows, tasks within Jira)
● Capture requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA setup and workflows, as well as identify where functionality can / cannot meet user requests.
● Lead Jira technical management and permission approvals. Ex: Roles and permissions structure. Build, support, and maintain User access and profile management.
● Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation, a must. Manages upgrades and improvements to the software.
● Maintain Jira in an efficient way so that it can integrate with other Atlassian tools.
● Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate Jira projects with Confluence pages.
● Provide Subject Matter Expertise guidance to key stakeholder/s of product capabilities and expanded capabilities.
● Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
● Establish clear ownership of the system and its roadmap, governance, configuration, stability, evolution, data integrity, and any problem resolution.
● Create and maintain Jira governance and procedural documentation.
● Monitor the integrity of our Jira data which will, in turn, be used within another ecosystem.
● In addition, the Jira Cloud Administrator will be expected to be familiar with other components of the Atlassian Tool Stack such as Bitbucket Cloud
