SSr Recruiting Analyst

Right now we are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join our team at Globant!

You will get the chance to:

• Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
• Interact with the leading companies from different industries.
• Being responsible for the entire full-cycle recruiting process.
• Create recruitment strategies to fulfill complex positions.
• Search and attract candidates through databases, and social media networks.
• Work as a business partner providing visibility to internal customers and recommending different strategies to fulfill open positions.
• Provide candidates with relevant information about the culture, career path, professional development, and benefits.
• Give feedback to all candidates undergoing the process, updating constantly their status or feedbacks in management systems.
• Attend and propose key events to promote Globant’s culture and attract candidates.

What will help you succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Advanced English skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Goal orientation and flexibility
• Negotiation skills.
