SSr Adv Business Analyst

We seek a SSr Adv Business Analyst who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Being a digital passionate and an Strategic Thinker.
• Create and sustain a strong client relationship.
• Working in agile environments in active collaboration with internal teams of SMs, Devs, QAs.
• Enjoy proposing solutions and solving problems.
• Expressing ideas in a simple way.
• Understand the client and final customer needs.
• Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into user stories using methods such as INVEST or SMART.
• Responsible for backlog refinement, management, and prioritization.
• Experience generating story mapping and roadmaps.
• Prepared to present  the product to different levels of stakeholders
• Experience using requirements tracking tools such as JIRA, TFS, Rally or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.
• Experience using tools to generate wireframes.
• Experience working with  On-shore & Off-shore teams.
• Experience in Healthcare industry
