Right now, we are looking for recent college graduates, bootcamp graduates, and self-taught developers from underserved communities to join the Globant Apprenticeship Program!
Through the Globant Apprenticeship Program (GAP), we will bring on a cohort of high-energy technologists in the following areas:
Data Engineering
DevOps
Cloud Development
Web and Native Mobile
Automation
Full Stack Engineering
Front End Engineering
Back End Engineering
UX/Graphic Design
The goal of the Globant Apprenticeship Program (GAP) is to create a network which consists of recent college graduates, veterans, career transitioners and individuals from underrepresented communities. We are specifically interested in those from the LGBTQ community, women who code, or anyone from an underserved community and/or unique background such as career-changers and those coming from bootcamps!
If selected, you will be trained in various front end and back end technologies (depending on which area(s) you’re interested in). GAP leadership will manage your onboarding, training, mentorships, and training evaluations. After that, you will work closely with your new team where you will spend time learning the project, getting to know your team, and working alongside your team.
