We seek a Salesforce Financial Services Subject Matter Expert, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Globant is hiring a Salesforce SME who can combine deep Salesforce technical and architectural expertise with business development, pre-sales, and thought leadership in the Financial Services vertical. The ideal candidate has a strong track record delivering complex Salesforce transformation programmes for banking, insurance, or capital markets clients. 

What will help you succeed:

• • Extensive experience in IT, banking, or consulting with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Practice Lead in the Financial Services sector.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Strong knowledge of OmniStudio / Vlocity capabilities.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, CRM Analytics, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations (3,000+ users).
  • Strong pre-sales skills: solution scoping, estimation, and proposal writing.
  • Experience working with MuleSoft or similar ESB/integration platforms.
  • Proven ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders in banking or financial services.
  • International experience and ability to work across diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Salesforce certifications is expected, ideally including, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation and additional specialist certifications in CRM Analytics, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ are a strong plus.
