Right now we are looking for a SAP Recruiting Analyst to join our team at Globant!

 

You will get the chance to:

  • Be responsible for the entire full-cycle recruiting process for SAP functional and technical consultants.

  • Identify and engage niche talent across various SAP modules, including S/4HANA, FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and SuccessFactors.

  • Create recruitment strategies to fulfill complex positions requiring specific industry solutions (IS) or architectural expertise.

  • Search and attract candidates through databases, social media networks, and specialized SAP communities.

  • Work as a business partner providing visibility to internal customers, understanding their specific SAP project requirements (Greenfield vs. Brownfield implementations), and recommend different strategies to fulfill open positions.

  • Provide relevant information to candidates about culture, career path, professional development, and benefits.

  • Assess candidates' technical depth regarding SAP methodologies like SAP Activate or ASAP.

  • Give feedback to all candidates undergoing the process, updating constantly their status or feedbacks in management systems.

  • Attend and propose key events to promote Globant’s culture and attract candidates.

  • Negotiation skills tailored for high-demand SAP Senior profiles.

  • Proven experience recruiting for SAP projects (highly preferred) or a strong background in high-level IT Staffing.

  • Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem, including the distinction between ABAP developers and Functional Leads.
