QC Team Lead

We seek a QC Team Lead  who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

 

What will help you succeed:

 

  • Proven experience designing and leading comprehensive Quality Strategies as a Quality Architect in agile environments.

  • Strong technical proficiency in Java using the Karate framework for backend testing and TypeScript with WebDriverIO for frontend automation)

  • Deep understanding of the Shift-Left philosophy, acting as a facilitator to ensure testability and quality from the initial design phase.

  • Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (NFRs).

  • Experience governing and maintaining End-to-End (E2E) testing layers for critical business flows within complex microservices architectures.

  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and GitHub to integrate automated tests as effective quality gates.

  • Analytical mindset focused on using metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and team autonomy.
