We are seeking a Python Engineer to join our consulting team and deliver high‑impact technical solutions for clients across diverse industries. This role blends hands‑on software engineering with problem‑solving, client collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical outcomes.
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Python‑based applications, APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and propose technical approaches.
- Develop clean, maintainable, well‑tested code following industry best practices.
- Integrate Python solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, and third‑party services.
- Analyze client systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution design.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and client‑facing deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and project managers.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of delivered solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django, Pandas, SQLAlchemy).
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Run, etc.).
- Ability to work in a consulting environment: managing priorities, communicating clearly, and adapting to changing client needs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization (Docker).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data engineering, ETL development, or machine learning pipelines.
- Background in management consulting, technical consulting, or client‑facing engineering roles.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
