We are looking for revolutionary Web Analytics Specialists to join our Digital Marketing Studio. Experience: 3 to 8 years
Location: Pune
Tool Expertise : Adobe analytics, Adobe target, Decibel/Microsoft clarity/hotjar

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe Analytics to analyze website data and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to optimize landing pages and user flows.
• Use Decibel tool to gather user behavior insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute optimization strategies.
• Monitor and report on conversion rate, bounce rate, and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in conversion rate optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
• Proficiency in using Decibel tools for user behavior insights.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and presenting findings.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results
