Right now, we are looking for a Technical Manager to join the Salesforce community at Globant.

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Indore, Ahmedabad 


What will help you succeed:

● 12+ years of solid industry experience forged in technology expertise.

● Solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform. You must have extensive hands-on knowledge in configuration and customization on the platform.

● Preferred certified in the mainline implementation of multiple product lines of Salesforce like Cloud Consultants, Application Architects, Sharing, Data & Integration Architecture, etc.

● Should play an architect role in Salesforce practice for building solutions on the Salesforce platform and contributing to winning bids and proposals with participation in oral presentations and RFPs.

● Successfully executed multiple transformation programs for small to large enterprises using Salesforce product suites like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc.

● Ensuring designs, approaches, and standards are extensible across multiple projects.

● Conducting technical design reviews; auditing projects to ensure best practices are followed.

● Excellent relationship-building and management skills.

● Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.

● Management and leadership of Salesforce practice including - strategizing talent discovery, talent retention, reskilling / Upskilling the capacity, training/certification

● Work together with Technical Directors, Delivery Directors, Client Partners, VP Tech, and VP Delivery in the execution and delivery of large projects and/or multiple small/medium projects (up to 50 employees).

● Collaborate with Business Units(Accounts) and understand their project resource demands and work with the delivery centers spread across the globe to fulfill the demand.

● Integrate different roles like Developer, QA, Business Analyst, and Project Manager to deliver positive results for clients.

● Capable of influencing a large team or multiple projects to achieve goals with strong team development, leadership, and mentoring skills

● Responsible for overall performance; defining metrics and setting targets for multiple or complex customer projects.

● Responsible for completing performance technical assessments for his/her team.

● Receiving and analyzing information on ongoing projects and sharing knowledge with the entire team.

● Learning and sharing the best practices and processes within the studio, account, or practice.
