We are looking for an evolutionary Subject Matter Expert to join our Scalable Platforms Studio. Globant’s Scalable Platforms Studio provides the path for organizations to create digital products that are built with a robust and future-proof architecture. Job Location: Pune ( Hinjewadi/Magarpatta), Bangalore - Whitefield, Ahmedabad, Indore.

 

Years of Experience: 13 - 18 Years

 

What do we expect from you:

 

Primary Technical Skills: .NET Core technologies, Cloud ( AWS/Azure),EKS/AKS,  Docker, Kubernetes, Microservice Architecture, Agile methodology, DR, Angular/React/Fullstack, Project Governance,security. 

Good To Have : Exposure to Big Data and AI/ML technologies

  • 14+ Years of relevant experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and distributed enterprise .Net solutions. 
  • Extensive experience in modern cloud architectures using AWS or Azure cloud platform.  
  • Strong Knowledge of majority Microsoft Tech Stack.
  • Extensive experience in  Microservices based architecture solutions.
  • Very strong application architecting background 
  • Own enterprise grade products and own technical delivery Solutions at enterprise level.
  • Need to work closely with client or clients w.r.t technology solutions, best practices, timelines, and execution.
  • Lead Technical Solution role on multi-products or systems solutions as key negotiator for the proposed technical solution with the client.
  • Technology agnostic is able to select the right technology for the business use-case within the given business requirements/constraints.
  • Solution Planning and estimations/planning experience.
  • Experience in containerization technology such as Docker, ECS, EKS/AKS is a must.
  • Must have experience in leading a larger team. Ability to hire, lead, mentor and handle a large team of engineers, Architects.
  • Extensive experience in solutioning of Enterprise Applications
  • Proven ability to drive large scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration Stakeholders, clients and internal team
  • Must have exposure to work on proposals, RFP/RFI’s.
  • Creating multi driven roadmaps for the projects  
  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace, dynamic start-up environment. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Must have excellent managerial and supervisory skills, and verbal and writte communication Skills

  • Provide technical solutions, suggest the tool and technology to the clients and stakeholders  which can best match to their requirements. 
  • Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements of the project.
  • Setting up guidelines and defining the best architectural practices for the project and making sure whether the team adhered to it. 
  • Providing subject expertise and guidance to architects,leads and engineers during the software development life cycle.
  • Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Influence a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals. 
  • Formulate and execute strategic and tactical measures to ensure the success of your teams. 
  • Play a solution owner role  for building solutions on the platform, own RFPs and proposals.
  • Define technical profiles, performance and training standards.

  • Works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality and autonomy.
  • Management and leadership of .Net practice including: Strategizing talent discovery, talent  retention, reskilling / Upskilling the capacity, training/certification.
  • Ensuring designs, approaches and standards are extensible across multiple projects.
  • Conducting technical design reviews; code review auditing projects to ensure best practices are followed. 
  • Responsible for completing performance technical assessments for his/her team. 
  • Receiving and analyzing information on ongoing projects and sharing knowledge with the entire team
