We are looking for transformative ServiceNow Architects to join our Enterprise Apps Studio. ServiceNow Application Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational for medium to large size enterprises. 

Responsible for the architecture, design and drive implementation/integration of the ServiceNow product and Integration with other systems.

Also responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units is engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards. 

• Strong Experience in implementation of ServiceNow GRC/ IRM – Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Issue Management, Business Continuity, and other risk management processes

• Delivering GRC technology enablement services to enable and automate risk management processes (i.e. risk assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and risk register, risk scoring etc.)

• Understanding applicable regulations, guidelines and industry best practices to manage risk and ensure compliance

• Experience in Data segregation

• Hands-on experience developing solution using appropriate technical components of ServiceNow platform

• Experience in creating custom processes, custom 3rd party integrations and custom applications

• Work with business architects and business analysts to collectively provide a functional and technology viewpoint of the system architecture in the overall heterogeneous landscape

• Define and maintain architecture definitions of the functional systems and their relationships

• Participate in architectural discussions and design exercises to create solutions and also be part of the development lifecycle.

• Carry out impact assessment of technical solutions, PoC and come up with recommendations

• Specialization in providing scope, effort  estimates and suggesting development methodology for the required ServiceNow solutions

• Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices of ServiceNow implementation

• Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team.

• Understanding of SAFe Agile methodology for implementation.

• Research and solution orientation, self-driven to anticipate issues with technical designs and come up with alternate options aligned to architecture principles.

• Responsible for sharing the best practices and consultation throughout the technical design of the project.

• Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.

• Ability to develop high-level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs of a solution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.  

• Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations

• Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.  

• Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification Exam (CSA) – (Required) 

CIS- Risk and Compliance (Preferred)
