what do we expect from you:
The Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, hands-on experience with Agile methodology, and a deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its various clouds. This role requires excellent customer management skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning, management and execution of successful Salesforce projects.

Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.

Establishing project objectives and setting of tangible targets to proactively manage the constraints of cost, time, scope and quality being delivered to our clients.

Creating and delivering holistic cross team project plans capturing key dates and targets to enable tracking of team delivery to project timelines and key milestones.

Defining project scope and proactively managing changes in scope throughout the project.

Identifying all major project risks, issues & dependencies to ensure these are managed and do not cause an impact to project delivery time, quality or budget variables.

Utilize Agile methodology to manage project tasks, sprints, and iterations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

Coordinate and manage project teams, including developers, analysts, and administrators.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and clients.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and industry standards.

Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned to improve future project performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals and various Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, VersonOne, Trello, Wrike, Azure DevOps(ADO), etc).

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Exceptional customer management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.

PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration.

Knowledge of other project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall).
