Performance Test Engineer

We are looking for agile Quality Engineers to join our Quality Engineering Studio. Our Quality Engineering Studio focuses on reducing business risks. We provide a comprehensive suite of innovative and robust testing services that ensure high-quality products to meet the needs of demanding, technology-avid users. Experience: 7-11 yrs

Job Location :  Pune, Indore, Ahmedabad & Hyderbad

What you can expect in the role: 

• Working with Agile methodology

• Participation in all scrum ceremonies

• Execution of PTLC from Requirement analysis to Reporting walkthrough

• Learn new tools and technologies

• Provide Test status updates

• Own peer reviews,demos

• Interaction with client and other stakeholders as required.

• Define Test plan identification,strategy definition,estimations

• Mentorship to Jrs. Coordinate different Test phases

What we expect from you: 

• Candidate should be able to identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements

Should be able to derive the NFR based on the discussion with client or log analysis

• Able to define performance test strategy for business-critical scenarios and convert them

into test plan

• Knowledge on scenario creation for basic types (Load , Stress and Endurance) &

advance types (spike , scalability etc.) of performance tests

• Should be able to to derive Workload modeling for different scenarios

• Knowledge on recording and enhancing the business scenarios using one of the

• scripting tool (Load runner HTTP/HTML , TruClient - Good to have) as well as basic

• coding concepts (eg: C/Java/Java Script for LoadRunner) and related to scripting.

• Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology

• Added advantage to have experience in monitoring using Application (App) Insights

• Hands on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup and Defect Management.

• Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning

Must have skills:

1. Writing custom code for API validations in LR , like web custom request etc

2. Looping concepts in LR

3. Reporting and debugging skills.

3. API testing knowledge

Good to have skills:

1. Trueclient protocol

2. Kubernetes knowledge

3. AppD/Dynatrace/ Splunk
