Responsibilities -
- Manage cash forecasting and execute weekly payments requested by the Accounts Payable, Taxes, and Payroll departments. Ensure that entries are correctly recorded in both the cash management tool Kyriba and in SAP.
- Manage relationship with Bank & financial institute perform bank account opening and closure with onshore or offshore banks, integrating them into internal tools like Kyriba and SAP, and keeping all stakeholders informed
- Set up FX facilities with banks and execute FX transactions such as spot and forward on the banking platform. Conduct monthly mark-to-market (M2M) reporting in compliance with FX regulatory requirements
- Intercompany loan management and setup with legal along with analysis and settlements of invoices to ensure cash transfers are compliant with regulations.
- Interact with banks/financial institutions to review FX margins, bank fees, and investment options offered in each country. Invest excess funds into mutual funds and money market instruments
- As the point of contact from Treasury, responsible for setting up treasury processes for new entities/countries in EMEA/Asia and coordinating the integration of treasury activities from acquired companies
- Perform local regulatory compliance, suggest necessary changes to the SOX and Compliance teams, and support internal and external audit inquiries
Qualification & Experience
- Must have 6-12 years of corporate treasury experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or an MBA in a related field
- Flexible and adaptable personality who enjoys problem-solving and is not fazed by ambiguity
- A team player with a keenness to learn and work in cross-functional task forces
- Works independently, takes initiative, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with positive interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
- Prior experience with SAP is essential, and experience with Kyriba is a plus
