Project Manager (Managed Service)

We seek Project Managers, who share our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to delivering an efficient and effective solution for labelling across the market requirements meeting market regulatory and customer requirements.
What will help you succeed:
The Managed Service Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of application maintenance services, ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, and alignment with client expectations.
The role focuses on two main areas: Minor Enhancements delivery management and Production Support coordination with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
A high level of stakeholder engagement and proactive communication is required across all activities.
The role combines hands-on delivery management — including stakeholder engagement, progress and risk reporting, incident and escalation coordination, SLA/KPI governance, ME backlog and sprint oversight, and release and testing compliance — with people leadership responsibilities such as staffing, onboarding, OnCall and PTO coordination, team development, and performance management.
The role also drives operational improvements, automation opportunities, and AI initiatives.
The Managed Service Project Manager is expected to operate with a high level of autonomy, proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, and build trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams within fast-paced managed service environments.
