Payroll Analyst Junior - AR/CABA

We seek a Junior Payroll Analyst for our Finance area who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve through process automation and data-driven insights in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Academic Background: Students of Public Accounting, Systems, or Actuarial Science (Is a must).
- Automation Skills: Proven knowledge of Power BI, for report automation (Is a must).
- Software: SAP knowledge (Is a must).
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting processes and payroll tax regulations.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in related positions focusing on report automation and data analysis.
- English: Intermediate level (B1 / B2).
You will get the chance to:
- Assist in the preparation of automated reports.
- Analysis of the tax results within the payroll process.
- Maintain updates on local, national and federal tax laws and regulations
- Follow up payroll issues with SAP consultants until resolution.
