We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sitecore expert to lead our Sitecore initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Sitecore development, advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to drive strategic projects.

You will get the chance to:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development scalable and maintainable Sitecore solutions that align with the client's brand and strategic vision. Your work will contribute to enhancing the online presence and user experience for these Fortune 500 clients.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Sitecore development team.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore trends, technologies, and best practices, applying your knowledge to push the boundaries of what's possible in the digital realm.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of client requirements, objectives, and business goals.

• Collaborate with UX & strategy teams to advise clients on best use of all aspects of Sitecore’s marketing capabilities to meet business goals.

• Integrate with third-party systems and applications seamlessly with Sitecore, optimizing the functionality and user experience of client websites.

• Assist the project and account teams in planning, estimation, and documentation, ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met to the satisfaction of our clients.

What will help you succeed:

• Strong proficiency in Sitecore CMS development and architecture.

• Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.

• Built at least one (1) Sitecore site from scratch.

• Deep understanding of Sitecore’s marketing capabilities and personalization techniques

• Solid understanding of Sitecore Helix principles.

• One (1) or more Sitecore certifications in version 9 or higher.

• Advanced proficiency in C# and ASP.NET MVC.

• Basic proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Strong experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).

• Experience continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices is required.

• Solid understanding of online marketing, web experimentation, and sales/lead generation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills with Sitecore solutions

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with WCAG Web Accessibility implementations.

• Experience with site performance optimization, OWASP, and SEO best practices.

• Experience with Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC) and Content Hub.

• Experience with cloud services particularly Azure and Docker containers.

• Experience with Sitecore SXA.

• Experience with Sitecore JSS and headless CMS implementations

• Sitecore Cortex and Machine Learning for Marketers.

• Familiarity with machine learning models and AI integration.

• Previous work experience in a digital agency environment.
