We are looking for an Senior Tech Business Manager to join our team at Globant!

What will help you succeed:

• Consulting experience preferred, strong ability to connect with both business & technology stakeholders
• Background/experience in retail & restaurant hospitality technology, specifically Point of Sale
• POS specific experience - working with customized, packaged POS solutions acceptable, bespoke preferred - highly scalable distributed transaction heavy applications preferred
• Extensive experience and understanding of various POS use cases specific to restaurant / food & beverage services
• POS implementation and change management experience preferred (not just run/maintain)
• Deep understanding of business and technical drivers behind POS products & platforms
• Understanding of technical and compliance requirements of POS systems & platforms - domestic & international a plus
• Experience leading teams through complex transformation programs
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to both Globant and client needs

Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be between $150,000 to $175,000. Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate’s primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal parity.
