Right now, we are looking for a CyberSecurity Engineer with Okta to join our team!
You will get the chance to:
- Configure and maintain Auth0 tenants, connections, and identity providers according to organizational requirements.
- Implement and manage user authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and social login options.
- Customize login flows and branding to align with organizational standards and user experience goals.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
- Stay updated with Auth0 features, releases, and best practices to leverage new capabilities and enhance system functionality.
- Define and enforce access control policies and permissions within Auth0, ensuring appropriate levels of access for users and applications.
- Integrate Auth0 with enterprise systems, identity directories, and third-party applications to facilitate seamless user authentication and authorization processes.
- Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management tasks.
- Coordinate with development teams to integrate Auth0 SDKs and APIs into custom applications, ensuring secure access and data protection.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish role-based access control (RBAC) models and implement fine-grained authorization mechanisms.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of access rights to mitigate security risks and maintain compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Respond to authentication-related incidents and service disruptions, diagnosing root causes and implementing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external support resources to troubleshoot complex authentication issues and escalate unresolved problems to vendor support when necessary.
- Document incident details, resolution steps, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
