SP - IAM Cybersecurity Engineer

Right now, we are looking for a IAM Cyber Security Engineer to join our team at Globant! The successful candidate will be a balance between a technical expert and a person who can understand and support business priorities and risk appetite. What will help you succeed:
- Upper Intermediate English skills.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, IAM, and Okta preferred.
At least 5 years of experience working on IAM projects and implementations.
Proven experience in Okta implementations and integrations, particularly within SOX-compliant environments.
Strong background in IAM, SSO, MFA, and related security protocols.
Experience working with ERP systems and managing user access roles and permissions.
Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Universal Directory, and user migration processes.
Strong understanding of LCM and UKG PaaS.
Proficient in developing and executing IT and end-user communication strategies.
