People Journey Analyst- CR

Right now, we are looking for a People Journey Analyst to join our team at Globant!
You will get the chance to:

- Make an impact and work in large-scale projects globally.
- Organization, presentation and welcome with Onboarding to the new hires. Set up paperwork for labor, health, banking and all required regulations.
- Correct administration of health insurance, pension plans, and all benefits enrolled by the glober.
- Time off management, responding to Co strategy and government regulations.
- Ensure the compliance of our Code of Ethics.
- Support to the relocated glober and its corresponding enrollment according to local regulations
- Process personnel administration.
- Support of insurance, holidays and leave processes.
What will help you succeed:
- Have 4 or 5 years of experience in administrative areas of Human Resources or personnel administration.
- Experience working with HR SAP, and Success Factors.
- Being an Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets user.
- Enjoy solving problems.
- Labor regulations knowledge.
- Human Resources or Business Administration graduates.
- Intermediate English skills.
