Right now, we are looking for a Java Technical Manager to join our team!

You will get the chance to:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable Java applications within a microservices architecture.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, spending 90% of the time hands-on in development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Document application design, processes, and architecture standards.

• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process in cloud environments (AWS, Openshift, Kubernetes).

• Integrate and manage database solutions including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Implement message queue systems (e.g., Kafka, Solace) to facilitate communication between microservices.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance application capabilities.

What will help you succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of software development experience, with a focus on Java and microservices.

• Proven track record in leading development teams and architecting complex applications.

• Advanced English Skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Experience in the following tech:

  • Java, Python

  • Spring Boot, Spring Framework

  • Microservices Architecture

  • AWS, Openshift, Kubernetes

  • Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

  • CI/CD Tools

  • Kafka, Solace

• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their application in software development is a plus!
