Compensation- Base Salary: Min 177,000, Mid 213,000, Max 249,000

Be a Commercial Market Expert:

  • Define a clear mission and vision for client programs. 

  • Create a viable go to market strategy given the competitive landscape.  

  • Validate and forecast industry & business specific KPIs. 

Have the vision of a CIO/Tech economist:

  • Advise on tech and digital transformations given corporate strategic pillars. 

  • Quantitatively inform strategic decisions (e.g., Build vs. Buy Analysis) 

  • Define and successfully execute a transformation program while upholding business KPIs.

Bring Business and Financial analysis 

  • Build and deliver future proof business cases, including upside models, revenue sharing agreements. 

  • Define impact of current strategies and forecast impacts of future initiatives. 

  • Research & Quantify market/competitive benchmarks using financial reports and research publications. 

Thought Leadership & Advisory

  • Frame and analyze complex problems.

  • Assess areas of opportunity, in line with overall vision and strategy.

  • Develop pragmatic solutions to key strategic and operational issues.

  • Create and deliver compelling recommendations and presentations to senior client leadership, aligned to audience and purpose

  • Play a key role in informing and influencing senior client decision making.

  • Lead, coach and influence top management (CEO, COO, CIO) from a variety of company types (large organizations, disruptive start-ups)

Project Leadership

  • Approach projects holistically, owning and driving end-to-end delivery of solutions.

  • Lead execution of key enterprise initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships with colleagues across businesses and functional areas.

  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in relevant areas (e.g., Digital Transformation, AI, Blockchain, etc.)

  • Manage client governance and communication processes.

 

Desired Qualifications

We are looking for outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual & analytical capabilities, pragmatic problem-solving skills, strong communications & influencing capabilities, a robust strategy toolkit and a passion to effect change across the organization at the most senior levels.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

  • 3-5 years experience in a consulting firm or similar consulting capacity

  • Outstanding critical thinking, analytical and quantitative abilities

  • Strong communication skills including experience in developing C-suite presentations.

  • Experience in structuring & delivering technology strategy projects

  • Broad understanding of current technology practices (Agile, Cloud Computing/SaaS, Enterprise Data Management, etc.) 

  • Collaborative work style / leadership presence 

  • Ability to effectively interact with & earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization.

  • Strong project and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Executive presence: self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to the work, and a passion to deliver results.

  • Storytelling: can use narratives to create an emotional connection with clients.

  • Multicultural: open minded and respectful of various points of view and beliefs. Creates an atmosphere of openness and collaboration through leadership.
