We seek a CRM Trainee  who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• High level of spoken and written English. (C1 - Upper Intermediate)
• Bachelor's degree with the possibility of signing an agreement. (mandatory) 
• Analyze behavioral, engagement, and conversion data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define and manage advanced audience segmentation and personalization logic (attributes, events, Liquid tags, Connected Content).
• Collaborate closely with strategy, data, creative, and tech teams to develop and execute integrated CRM campaigns & strategies.
• Implement A/B testing and preferred-channel tests to optimize performance and user experience.
• Produce performance reports and insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact.
• Ensure adherence to marketing automation best practices, deliverability standards, and compliance (consent, privacy, opt-ins)
