Oracle Solutions Sales Specialist, Ssr
We are looking for an exceptional Oracle Solutions Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Oracle solutions, including Oracle, Oracle JD Edwards, and Oracle Fusion/Cloud offerings. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional who can leverage their deep understanding of Oracle technologies to propel our sales initiatives to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for Oracle products, aligning closely with organizational objectives and staying abreast of market trends.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships within the Oracle and JD Edwards ecosystem in the US.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights into Oracle technologies and tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and unique value proposition of Oracle products.
- Manage and cultivate the sales pipeline, proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Sales Execution:
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Lead negotiations with clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions for solution contracts.
- Successfully close sales deals, consistently achieving revenue targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Market Intelligence
- Stay abreast of Oracle market trends, competitor activities, partnerships, and industry developments.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Oracle, Oracle JD Edwards, and Oracle Fusion/Cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales with a deep understanding of Oracle technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be between $150,000 to $215,000. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus of 41.67% of the annual base compensation. Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate’s primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal parity.
