Right now, we are looking for a Martech Strategist Senior enthusiast to join Globant’s team, who will lead and be proactively involved in strategic digital transformation projects focused on customer experience personalization, optimization, omnichannel strategy, and marketing technology transformation programs. The role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Solutions as the cornerstone for driving these initiatives. You will also need to have the ability to understand and work with other Martech and Adtech tools in the market, ensuring the best-fit solutions for each client’s ecosystem.

 

As a Senior Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multinational environment, supporting the marketing, data, design, product, content, and other business operations of the firm. Collaborating with Leads and Heads, you will play a key role in the ideation and strategic design of the marketing technology and data offerings, building a whole set of new technological capabilities, managing talent and delivering innovative solutions. You will drive impact for Globant’s top-tier clients in different industries such as CPG, automotive, telecom, retail, financial services, insurance, travel, and more.
 

You will get the chance to:

  • Refine and optimize Martech & Adtech strategies with a focus con Adobe Solutions, ensuring alignment with client’s existing Martech Stack. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in service offerings for US-based clients.
  • Lead and participate in sales processes collaborating with diverse local and global teams, delivering compelling business narratives that clearly demonstrate the impact of strategic martech projects.
  • Effectively communicate how technology impacts business in digital marketing, customer experience and product operations, building strong business cases / credentials around martech and adtech.
  • Support and provide guidance to junior members in defining, implementing and operating different martech and adtech tools based on your experience in the field, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
  • Define digital business metrics with an aptitude for storytelling, explaining not just what happened but why it happened.
  • Leverage and analyze quantitative and qualitative data (CRM, CDP, digital analytics, testing and personalization, etc.) in design and development of the experience optimization strategy.
  • Extract insights and actionable recommendations from experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing) for data-driven business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for personalization development, increasing both marketing funnel efficiency and customer satisfaction/NPS through enhanced strategies.

 

What will help you succeed:

  • At least 6 years of experience in defining and implementing digital optimization strategies and solutions, with a strong focus on Adobe Solutions. 
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, specifically Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, covering tools related to user profiling, personalization, A/B testing, multivariate testing, experience optimization and measurement, and customer journey analytics.
  • Expertise in relevant martech solutions, such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, audience management platforms, and digital analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Target capabilities, including activity creation, experience targeting, multi-page testing, and leveraging AI-driven personalization.
  • Broad knowledge of Adobe solution interactions, including the ability to align Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products to create seamless digital strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset, continuously seeking to identify and address challenges within clients' digital experiences across various channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills while working with SME’s, PMO and business users and stakeholders. Strong leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in a diverse, multinational team environment.
  • Ability to self-motivate, motivate others, and deliver on time. Works well under pressure. High attention to detail.
  • Additional language is a plus.
