Business Hacking Manager

Right now, we are looking for a Change Management Manager to join our team!

You will get the chance to:

• Lead the strategic and operational change management initiatives required for the successful implementation and adoption of SAP systems across the organization.
• Be responsible for driving the human-centered elements of transformation, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, trained, and engaged throughout the SAP rollout and beyond.

What will help you succeed:

• Advanced English skills.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in change management, with a focus on ERP system implementations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives, especially related to technology or process transformations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead change across diverse business units.
• Experience with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Change Model.
• Strong knowledge of organizational change dynamics, stakeholder analysis, and resistance management.
• At least 5 years of experience working on SAP implementations or leading SAP adoption initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of SAP modules, user roles, workflows, and how they impact business processes.
• Experience working closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure alignment between system capabilities and user needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage with senior leadership and frontline employees.
• Experience in influencing and managing senior stakeholders across different regions and functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business processes and change impacts.
