Globant GUT Copenhagen is currently looking for a Senior Motion Designer.
The Role: We’re looking for a Motion Designer who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about bringing ideas to life through motion. You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists, and clients to produce engaging visual content across digital platforms, campaigns, and brand communications, often with quick turnaround times and high creative expectations.
What You’ll Do:
1) Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms .
2) Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and creatives to translate concepts into compelling motion work .
3) Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
4) Ensure all work meets high creative standards and strict pharmaceutical compliance requirements
5) Bring a strong eye for detail, typography, timing, and storytelling.
6) Explore and integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into motion design workflows.
7) Contribute to brainstorming sessions and push creative boundaries.
What We’re Looking For:
1) Proven experience as a Motion Designer (agency experience is a plus)
2) Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, craft, and versatility.
3) Expertise in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and relevant Adobe Creative Suite software 4) Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
5) A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision.
6) Comfortable working in a high-paced, high-output environment .
7) Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-driven creative tools and new ways of working.
8) Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9) A positive, transparent and collaborative attitude.
