Right now, we are looking for a Network Admin to join our team at Globant!

• Be accountable for the operational aspects and management for the above products in accordance with the business requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs)

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years’ experience in Voice Technologies
• Avaya Aura Platform Infrastructure and application management.
• Full understanding of Avaya Aura Topology: upgrades/updates, certificate management & troubleshooting
• VMWare skillset
• Voice Network Carrier Management (SIP Trunk Topology knowledge and troubleshooting skills)
• Provide 24x7 system support for high priority issues.
• Oracle Session Border Controller infrastructure and application management is a plus!
• Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitoring experience is a plus!
