Right now, we are looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner Analyst Sr to join our team in Medellin, Colombia!  

You will get the chance to:

• Leading the TCBP team for the corresponding city. 
• Helps to define processes, methodologies, and work standards but also always is looking to improve existing processes.
• Responsible for managing along with the team the onboarding process, disciplinary aspects, organizational climate plans and culture interventions, engagement strategy, events  and talent management actions. 
• Brings new and fresh ideas to the team/relevant stakeholders, working with leaders and Globers for reinforcing the company culture. 
• Possesses autonomy to perform day to day tasks without constant supervision.
• Involves Manager when relevant/cross decisions have to be made.
• Teaches, coaches/mentors her/his team members (Upskilling & Reskilling).
