 We are looking for a skilled and efficient Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist to become a vital part of our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be expert in orchestration, real-time personalization, managing and creating multi-channel campaigns, and possess extensive knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud platform. This position demands the individual to possess significant skills in crafting and building intricate Customer journeys to ensure a smooth and tailored User experience at all stages of the Customer Journey.

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

This position requires a thorough combination of technical skills and strategic insights. The candidate chosen for the position must show expertise in each of these fundamental domains:

Technical Expertise

• Journey Orchestration: Developing and executing complex multi-step journeys (unitary and batch) driven by real-time customer actions and data triggers.

• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Integrations: Comprehensive knowledge of the AEP framework, schemas (XDM), Identity Services, and Real-Time Customer Profile. 

• Message creation & Customization: Enhanced application of the AJO message editor and AEP segmentation for delivering tailored content through email, push, and Web/App In app notifications.

• Significant experience utilizing AJO’s Offer Decisioning to deliver tailored, dynamic content and offers across web, app, and outbound channels.

• Technical Setup: Demonstrable experience with API integrations, event-based triggers, and data ingestion workflows mapped to XDM schemas within the Adobe ecosystem.

Campaign Orchestration and Execution

• Proven expertise in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from initial segmentations to deployment.

• Capability to orchestrate transactional and promotional flows while enforcing global frequency limits and suppression policies

• Ability to act as a functional bridge between Marketing stakeholders and Data Architects, translating business requirements into scalable technical workflows within AJO.

Journey Performance & Data Governance

• Optimization: Broad expertise in performance analysis of journeys, executing A/B testing, and leveraging AJO reporting dashboards for ongoing enhancement.

• Data Privacy: Understanding of Data Governance and consent management in AEP to ensure all processes adhere to user privacy laws (GDPR).

• Data Cleanliness: Working alongside data engineers to guarantee the accessibility and correctness of profile details necessary for enhanced personalization

Communication and Soft Skills

• High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

• Desirable if the person has experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods.

• Desirable: Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner certification.
