Talent and Culture Business Partner - Spain - Málaga

Right now, we are looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner to join our team!

You will get the chance to:

• Organize, present and welcome with Onboarding to the new hires and follow up. 

• Ensure the compliance of our Code of Ethics and Monitor disciplinary actions.

• Communicate and organize actions regarding volunteering, diversity and inclusion, communities and specific needs along with Sustainability.

• Define mood survey strategies and action plan.

• Work with Leaders to ensure glober´s performance and wellbeing within Globant

• Improve people 's processes to create a better employee experience.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human resources, or related degree.
