Staffing Analyst, Sr

Right now we are looking for a Staffing Analyst SR to join our team at Globant Spain!

Role Objective

To ensure timely and adequate coverage of demand for the assigned portfolios, coordinating and collaborating with other teams to achieve this objective and provide the best available talent to meet the business needs. It is also expected to maintain visibility of future demand and centralize staffing processes. Also is the guardian of Staff Request quality, giving the right visibility to all TDC members.

Reports to Staffing Business Leader.

Responsibilities

Business Advisor 

  • Role of an advisor with different areas, such as recruiting, TDC (Talent Development Center), among others, involves providing guidance, support, and expertise to these areas. The advisor serves as a trusted collaborator, offering insights and recommendations to improve processes, address challenges, and align strategies.

Capacity Plans to current backlog, opportunities and execution.

  • Develop action plans to effectively and timely meet business needs, involving and regularly keeping all relevant key stakeholders and Capacity teams informed.

  • Primary action is to push suggestions until we have results. Also suggest Globers across DOJOs to fulfill existing demand.

Backlog Review and update 

  • Check that the information of open staff requests and newly created ones is correct and up to date (Skills / Location / Client Interview / Start Date) 

  • Ensure information is the correct one. If any information is not correct, share with accounts to update.

Open Career monitoring 

  • Monitor applications to Open Career of Globers assigned to accounts and resolve complex cases together with other areas (TCBP / Tech Partner).

Understanding of KPIs

  • Understand monthly KPIs and develop different strategies to achieve them.

Providing suggestions from Globers in DOJO to the SR

  • Suggest Globers in their DOJO to the SR. Ensure that the suggestions are of quality, considering project requirements, Globers' career plans, margin, and other needs.

Monitoring presentations of Globers in DOJO with accounts and Globers

  • Track fits, unfits, technical fit agenda, gaps, and the status of presentations with the Business Team, their accounts, and Tech Partners, if necessary, to define actions to resolve gaps.

Meetings with business

  • Meetings with VPs of the Portfolio to update staffing plans, followup HB actual vs forecast, explore new opportunities, and resolve cases.

Rotations

  • Owner of the rotation process: propose, discuss with accounts and talent to propose replacements.

Business Rules Sponsor

  • Communicate to accounts about different business rules and, while not automated, ensure cancellations and closures of staff requests.

Margin 

  • Understand how Margin is calculated and where the necessary information is obtained. Have CE information available for reviewing the quality of presentations in relation to the Margin of potential assignments.

Rate Card of the positions 

  • Access to rates card available for Margin calculation.

 

Training planning and coordination

 

  • Analyze trending technology needs and collaborate with Tech Partners, TDCs for trainings that align with business needs.

Prioritize the demand

  • In times of high demand and limited DOJO availability, knowing how to prioritize the demand based on different characteristics such as margin, revenue, team size, and other relevant variables according to the situation.

Releases

  • Staffing business/cap partners should have that information by working closely with the portfolios/regions/ops controllers, avoiding contacting the same account multiple times from different angles.

Data Analysis

  • Data-driven approach to optimize talent management and strategic workforce planning. Identify gaps between existing employee skill sets and those required for new roles within the changing business landscape, and recommend targeted development initiatives to bridge those gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret workforce data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions and cultures.

  • Proficiency in workforce analytics tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Expertise in talent-related technology positions.

Languages:

  • Native / fluency in Spanish

  • Fluent in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings effectively.

  • Additional Languages (Preferred): Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is a plus: French, German, Italian, or any other relevant language that aligns with the EMEA region.
