Right now, we are looking for a Product Manager, with banking experience to join our team at Sportian!
You will get the chance to:
- Lead the strategy and development of new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Continuous Review and Improvement.
- Monitor product performance and analyze data.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to implement improvements.
- Conduct cost-opportunity and feasibility analyses.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Develop business plans and present proposals to the management.
- Facilitate communication between different teams.
- Clearly communicate the product strategy to stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
What will help you succeed:
- 3-5 years of experience as IT Product Manager.
- C1 level English proficiency.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry.
- Experience with CMS for web and apps.
- Ability to develop business plans and conduct cost-opportunity analysis.
- Experience in competitor and market trend analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement clear strategies.
- Experience in collaborative work and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills.
