We are currently looking for a  SEM & Social Specialist to join our team at Globant  GUT.

What will help you succeed:

 

  • Proven experience as an SEM & Social Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing campaigns. At least 2  years of experience in Paid Media platforms such as: Google, Microsoft , Meta, Tiktok, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest.

  • Knowledge about Search Ads 360 platform.

  • Relevant experience in performance campaigns: ecommerce & lead generation.

  • Passionate about paid media optimization: Being able to build reports and explain these to the customers, as well as provide solutions and possible future actions.

  • Strategic mindset: ability to understand the brand's strengths and weaknesses, as well their business.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Being a team player, leadership skills and experience growing trainees.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, and also to manage our clients relations.

  • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and knowledge of tag management solutions is a plus.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, GMP,  Meta  are a plus.

  • You have a C1  level of English, both spoken and written.


 

Your  responsibilities:

 

You will be in charge of managing Paid Media campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization and reporting, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends & preparing new business proposals, from the planning, execution, optimization, follow up and preparing the reports, also you will be responsible for the innovation, beta applications & new business proposals.

 

  • Implement strategies on PPC channels, mainly SEM and Paid Social.

  • Have conversations with clients to understand their needs and, together with the rest of the team, take the necessary actions. Our clients need to feel that we are part of their team.

  • Develop and execute effective multi-channel strategies that help achieve customer objectives at all stages of the funnel and achieve business objectives.

  • Set up and manage a robust ad structure to enable media planning.

  • Perform keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and create targeted ad campaigns.

  • Design audience structures  and select the right ad formats on each platform to ensure successful campaigns.

  • Create compelling and engaging campaign assets that align with the target audience.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Paid Media efforts with overall marketing and business goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest  industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance thanks to the relationship with our partners.

  • Conduct A/B testing and implement insights to enhance ad performance and conversion rates.

  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve cost-effective results.

  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

  • Stay informed about competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Lead the client relations.
