Right now, we are looking for an Affiliation Specialist to join our team at Globant!

• Have strong experience,  at least 2-3 years of experience in affiliation program and partners.
• Knowledge about the affiliation ecosystem.
• Relevant experience in several sectors such as telco, banking, education, ecommerce and energy companies.
• Capacity to make reports and explain actions and results to customers.
• Ability to understand customer problems and the business.
• A cooperative and dynamic person.
• Knowledge in digital analytics and Google Analytics.
• Experience in TradeDoubler.

Your role will be about managing the affiliates, from the planning, execution, optimization, follow up and preparing the reports, also: 

• Close agreements for different clients with a focus on client results.
• Monitor results to have the most optimal affiliation strategy for the client.
• Customer support for the affiliates .
