Right now, we are looking for a  Specialist for the Government Affairs & Sustainability Area to join our team! 🚀🌟
 
The position will be responsible for coordinating and implementing Public Affairs strategies across Europe. Additionally, the role will support community initiatives in the region. This role involves collaborating with multiple internal and external teams to promote a positive corporate reputation and support the regional business growth. 
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute public affairs strategies in the region, managing corporate participation in business forums such as chambers, associations, and other entities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align the Public Affairs strategy with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative developments that may impact the organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, governments, and community organizations.
  • Support the Sustainability team in managing specific initiatives in the region.
  • Coordinate the participation of the company’s Top Management in various networking events.

 
Requirements

  • University degree in Social Sciences, Law, International Relations, Communication, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in roles related to public affairs, government relations, or corporate citizenship.
  • Familiarity with European and Spanish regulations, as well as the region's political and economic environment.

 
Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical and analytical thinking to address complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).
