Right now, we are looking for a Game Producer to join our team! As a Producer your job will be to drive the vision of the game from concept to launch, and ensure a top quality title is delivered on time and within budget. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will assist with the project plan, and prioritize the work to be done, while ensuring your team has everything they need to be successful.

You will get the chance to:

• Be responsible for the value we create to our players and our business
• Drive the vision and strategy for the team ensuring an intuitive, smooth, and easy to understand experience
• Plan, prioritize, and manage resources to meet the team, projects/products roadmap, milestone deliveries and releases
• Manage stakeholders, dependencies and risks in technology, design, and art
• Coordinate with teams across the Client's franchise as well as external partners and production companies

What Will Help You Succeed:

• Experience in gaming and/or tech companies (Product Manager, Product Owner, Promam Manager, Producer)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers and artists
• Being a leader and team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent self-leadership skills, thorough and analytical, confident and able to say no
• Being confident in speaking and writing in English, even on production details, technical and business terms
• Always up to date on current game and business trends.
• 5+ Years of experience in a similar roles.
