Future Finance, SR Manager

Right now, we are looking for a Finance SR Manager to join our team at our Strategy Consulting Reinvention Studio! This studio has more than 15 years of experience in providing consulting services, specialized in the financial sector.

Currently, we have a new challenge ahead, which involves boosting the strategic consulting service line in the insurance sector, focused on offering solutions to insurance companies. Therefore, we are looking to build a strong team to expand this business area.

You will get the chance to:

• Develop a new line of service, insurance consulting, exclusively focused on offering solutions to insurance companies.
• Lead the business process with clients, sales and business development activities connected to current and new clients.
• Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
• Make an impact. Work in large-scale projects globally.
• Interact with the top management of leading national and international Financial Institutions.
• Establish an enduring relationship with our clients.
• Be actively involved in the development of our projects: identifying and solving problems, formulating hypotheses, managing relations with clients and proposing solutions.

What will help you succeed:

• Experience in the project sales process.
• Must have prior experience with customers in the Insurance and Banking sector.
• Experience in strategic consulting for the Insurance sector
• Have a strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Being flexible, goal oriented and dynamic
• Enjoy solving problems and thinking “out of the box”
• Excellent oral & written, presentation & communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
