Finance consultant, Manager-Spain-Madrid

Right now, we are looking for  Finance consultant, Manager,  to join our team at Bluecap Reinvention Studio! This studio has more than 15 years of experience in providing consulting services, specialized in the financial sector.

We work with massive amounts of data with all the processes that it entails (data mining, data cleaning, feature engineering...) with the aim of feeding the construction of the models and all kinds of analyses. Given the variety of projects we develop, we look for consultants who provide creative and data-driven solutions, so mathematical and analytical thinking is the key to success.

• + 8 years of experience in strategic consulting 

• Proven experience leading teams 

• Proven experience in sales

• Knowledge in banking sector

• Experience in organization and planning

• High capacity of teamwork

• Have a high degree of commitment

• Have a strong analytic and problem-solving skills

• Being flexible, goal oriented and dynamic

• Enjoy solving problems and thinking “out of the box”

• Good communication skills

• Basic modeling knowledge: predictive regression and classification models, data cleaning and feature engineering

• Knowledge of Machine Learning framework and overfitting controls

• High programming capabilities. Proven knowledge of Python is preferred (or experience with one of the following or similar languages: R, Matlab or C++)

• Having worked in distributed computing environments such as PySpark will be valued

• Fluent in Spanish and English. Other language will be valued (Portuguese, French, Italian..)
