Salesforce Project Manager

Right now, we are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager, Sr to join our team at Globant!
Key Responsibilities include:
Ownership of the end to end delivery of projects in line with the Globant Delivery Methodology
- Ownership of the project timelines and budget and sprint plans
Primary point of coordination between the Client and Globant team
Leadership Management of workshops and discovery sessions
Responsible for risk and issue management
Responsible for commercial management of project
Line Management responsibilities for project team members (wellbeing,professional development etc.)
Contributes to process improvement
Responsible for updating and distributing a weekly status report to the client and internally.
Perform a lesson learned after each project completion.
Communication
Able to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written way
Explain technical concepts to a non technical audience
Adapts communication to the audience
Able to challenge the client and justify their own viewpoint
Able to lead difficult conversations with the client
Run weekly status report meetings with the customer and internally.
Presentation
Leads the design of client facing presentations and delegates ownership of elements of the presentation to team members
Able to present in an organized, coherent fashion and adapt their presentation style to their audience
Able to present in client facing sessions such as Design Authorities, providing clear rationale for design decisions and responding to client challenge
Able to respond to feedback and tailor messaging
Ability to present to the customers any challenges or risks together with options to mitigate.
Collaboration
Establishes a collaborative environment with the team and client
Guide the customer on how to use project tools and systems to support the
ongoing project
Leadership
Is a role model for junior team members and provides mentorship
Defines roles and responsibilities for the team and enables others to take responsibility for tasks and activities
Delegates effectively, quality assuring the configuration completed by the team
Leads with knowledge and applies support where necessary.
Takes the time to enable the team to understand the project scope, requirements, stages and resource plan.
Knowledge
Leads Globant internal initiatives such as enablement sessions, the graduate programme and mentoring
Stays ahead of the game with any upcoming Salesforce releases to ensure these are communicated effectively to the customer and the team
Delivery
Takes accountability for the overall solution design and build
Actively plans design, build and test activities, working with the Project Lead to identify and mitigate risk to the project
Confident in Agile delivery
Owns the project scope, including the user stories agreed with the customer.
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as SmartSheets, Jira, Miro.
Ownership and accuracy of the project status report internally and externally.
Setup and drive the Sprint Planning, Demos, retrospectives.
Commercial
Adheres to administrative compliance (e.g. timesheets)
Leads the identification and scoping/ estimation of additional scope and activities
Supports the Solutions team with the solutioning and estimation of new opportunities and pre-sales discussions with prospective clients
Comfortable speaking to the customer about commercial impacts such as scope creep with a clear explanation to the reasons.
Technical
6+ years of end-to-end project delivery experience
Agile project delivery experience
Accurately manages project resource and budget
Understands the Salesforce platform and Core Clouds
Recommended certs:All certifications of Senior Consultant role +Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
Proficiency with using Project Delivery tools such as Jira, SmartSheets.
