Job Responsibilities
The objective of this role is to drive demand, delivering sales opportunities and leads through integrated marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the UK head of marketing to execute the yearly field marketing events calendar.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be executing field events, content marketing and social media campaigns
Obtain a thorough understanding of our brand, services, studios and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness
Create content such as articles, blogs, presentations, webinars, videos for demand marketing
Develop social media campaigns - paid and organic, including advertising creatives, artworks and marketing collaterals
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, with focus on campaign response to share data on campaign performance
Be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, agencies to make projects work effectively
Work closely with the digital marketing and creative services team based in LATAM to deliver campaigns on time
Maintain a weekly social media calendar for Globant UK, sourcing content, developing content with subject matter experts to be published on website
Create quarterly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics on lead generation, website traffic and other KPIs
Assist the UK head of marketing in development and execution of account-based marketing campaigns
Liaise with the inside sales team on a regular basis for lead management, lead conversions and nurture top of the funnel leads
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in the UK
Excellent copywriting and social media communication skills
Excellent in written communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a B2B demand generation marketing will be useful
8-12 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably with a IT services or SaaS organization is required.
Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and CMS tools
